Sonoma - Part 1
This past weekend I flew into San Francisco to go to my sister's bachelorette party in Sonoma, California. I arrived Thursday night and spent the night at my sister's new condo in San Francisco which was fun since they have a great view of the Bay Bridge from their place. On Friday, everyone drove up to Sonoma in the afternoon. We met Leslie (the Maid of Honor and my sister's best friend) and her mom, Jayne, at Benzinger Winery. The weather was beautiful and they had a great picnic spot picked out for all of us to eat a late lunch. Leslie made wine glasses for everyone and filled them with candy...they were so cute! After lunch, everyone tasted some of the wines until we were kicked out at closing! We then headed to B.R. Cohn winery which was open later. I liked this winery since I was able to taste the olive oil and vinaigrette's instead. I know...going to Sonoma and not having wine is like going to Hawaii and not having pineapple! That night we ate at a new restaurant in Sonoma and all shared appetizers. It was so much fun to see my family and everyone had a great time. I will post pictures of our Saturday at the spa tomorrow.

That looks like so much fun, Kristen! Sonoma looks beautiful...that is on my "to visit" list! :-)
You must have had a great time with the ladies (lots of Purdy girls) as you prepare for the wedding. (Obaa and Ojii)
Kristen! Glad you had fun! I've been to that winery! You were so close here! I recognize Leslie from her visit to Sac- how cool. Small world.
