Mom & Renee Visit!

My mom came to my first shower on May 22nd and then stayed the whole week until the next shower on May 29th. Then my sister arrived for Memorial Day Weekend to come to the shower on the 29th. It was so much fun to have them both out here. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family who cares so much about me. I felt honored to have them both out here to make this time so special for me.

The weather was perfect the whole week my mom was here. We had a great time just spending time together and the time flew by. We had lunch with some of my coworkers, went shopping, walked around Lake Harriet in the Cities with Brandon, had ice cream at Sebastian Joes and when Renee got here, we went and saw Sex and the City and then went back to the Mall of America for more shopping. It was a great week! We were definitely spoiled by both of them with cute clothes for the baby, a convertible car seat from Renee and Jeff and a brand new digital SLR camera from my parents. Here is another visitor that I had tonight - I got to babysit Kenzie while Nick and Joy went out for Nick's birthday. I am trying to get practice with the new camera before our little one comes. Kenzie was a trooper and was so good for me!
