Halle loves going to preschool at Kingdom Kids with Mrs. Batterson and Mrs. Holecek. She goes from 12:30-3:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and really enjoys everything. In January, they had a little program for all of the Moms...We got to have some pie, listen to a speaker and then hear our kids sing a song. It was so cute to be able to see Halle and her friends!
Then on January 23rd when it was -36 with the wind chill they had beach day at school. Halle had been sick the few days prior to this with a GI bug and was so excited to go. She wore shorts with leggings under them, a t-shirt and her swim suit coverup (we had to get creative due to the weather!). She wore her boots to school but switched to flip flops inside. All the kids brought their beach towels and they laid them out when they got to school. I'm not sure of everything they did but Halle did tell me that they made popsicles and did something with shells...so fun!
This was hung up at the program for the Moms
Nothing says beach day like -36 weather!
Here is some of Halle's recent artwork...she is getting so much better at coloring:
The flower she made for me for the Mom's program
Baby Zilla got a hold of this one before I took a picture of it! Oops!

Beautiful art, Halle. The singing is great. We could understand every word. Warm thoughts for cold days.
