Baltimore

I didn't do a very good job at taking pictures while we we spent the summer in Baltimore, but just realized I never posted the ones that I did take. Brandon worked a ton but really enjoyed the whole rotation. Halle and I learned to venture out and find things to do together while Brandon was working...

Tales and Tails at Irvine Nature Center every Friday with some friends from the Side by Side chapter in Baltimore. I don't have a good picture of our friends, Lili, Ellie and Marilyn (MJ), but many days after going to the nature center, we had lunch together. Thank you for being so welcoming to us...we had a great time with you!

 

 

 

 

 

We ate dinner out whenever we could with Brandon:     

 
Frozen yogurt at Sweet Frog which Halle loved!

We lounged a lot and watched Halle's favorite movie of the summer, Mary Poppins:

 

We took naps with Dad or sometimes Dad would take naps and we wouldn't!

 

We transitioned Halle to a big girls bed:

We took advantage of the times when Dad was home:

Halle and Mom went shopping (Nordstrom Rack was right down the road!):

We went swimming:

We went to the "smiley face" park in the apartment complex:

 

 

 

 

   

We tried to find as many story times and play areas that we could!

Port Discovery:

 

We played at MyGym or as Halle would call it, "Monkey Gym", twice a week:

  

We found a neat state park the last week we were there with sand:

 

We hung out at home and tried to do some new activities like eating mini ice cream cones and playing with play doh!

 

We wore the "fish dress" that Mema made anytime that we could!! 

We are glad to be back at home but we also made some good memories over the summer.
