Our Anniversary

We had a great anniversary yesterday...thanks for all of the wishes! I have been trying to stick to the traditional gifts for our anniversaries, however, this year was flowers and I couldn't think of anything to get Brandon with that theme. However, he did a great job and sent me a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries at work. No one will believe this knowing how much I like chocolate, but this is actually the first time in 9 years that Brandon has ever given me a gift with chocolate. And, I absolutely loved it! It was so thoughtful of him because even though I like flowers, I don't like that they die so soon so this was a perfect gift.

I had given Brandon a gift certificate to Famous Daves as an early gift and we went there on Tuesday since he had the day off and when I got home from work yesterday, I gave him his present which was The Bourne Trilogy on Blu Ray. So, we went to dinner at the Redwood Room last night and then came home and watched one of the movies! It was a great night!

We both couldn't believe how cold it was for this time of year. When we got home from dinner it was 64 degrees here and 91 degrees in Eugene! Today, it is even colder being in the 50's and I actually woke up cold. I sure hope it warms up again!
