Happy 3 Months Halle!

I can't believe that Halle is already 3 months old today! She has changed so much and is getting so much bigger that I sit back and take it all in everyday cause I know she will never be at this stage again. It is so fun to see her become more aware and learn something each day. We both love her so much and can't possibly imagine our lives without her. She definitely has both of us wrapped around her little fingers (especially when she flashes that smile!).

At 3 Months Halle...

• Blows bubbles, sticks out tongue, smacks her lips and sucks on her hands which all cause some major drooling!
• Rolls over from stomach to back (see video below!)
• Is starting to make some cute noises
• Holds her own hands (when they are not in her mouth...)
• Eats every 2-3.5 hours during the day
  
• Slept 8 hours last night (10pm-6pm) but has not been consistent with her sleeping - sometimes she wakes up at 3am or 4am to get a little snack! We try to put her down between 9-10pm
  
• Is getting better at standing on your lap when held
  
• Weighs around 12 pounds according to our scale this morning!
• Will now fall asleep in the car which is a huge blessing and makes running errands so much easier! She will usually stay asleep or just look around while we run errands if she is not hungry which is great!
  
• Still smacks her lips after she is done eating!
  
• Is a very good baby and only really cries when she is hungry or tired...
  
• Loves her baths and doesn't really cry now when she gets out (she has some meat on her now!)
  
• Wears size 1-2 Huggie diapers and 0-3 month clothing but I think she is even close to 3-6 month clothes!
• Likes her changing table!

Things we love about this stage:

• Her smile
• The way she looks around more and is starting to play a little under her play gym
  
• And, how she is still so cuddly - we are taking advantage of this because we know it won't last forever...
  

Names we call her:

• Daddy's "barbacoa" burrito when he swaddles her
• A "burrower" because she moves her head back and forth on your chest until she gets comfy!
• Halle Bear
• Halle Girl
• Little Angel

We like when she smiles!She likes sleeping in her bouncer...apparently the lights were too bright for her because I found her like this today after I was done with the dishes! It made me laugh!And, she is rolling over!!
