Brandon and I really enjoyed our time in Oregon. It was so nice to spend time with family and friends. Down below are some pictures from our trip. We went and saw the Pursuit of Happiness with the Yuan's at Cinetopia, a new movie theater, where you get to sit in huge leather chairs with ottomans for your feat and you can eat lunch/dinner in the theater by ordering from the restaurant ...it was really neat! The theater was the same size but only about 40 people can fit in it which is why there is so much room.
As you can tell from the pictures, my mom got an early Christmas present...a new puppy. He is a Maltese puppy that we named Bailey. For those of you that know me well, I don't usually even pet dogs, so for me to hold and play with one was a huge deal...I kind of fell in love with him too! He had so much energy and it was fun to run around with him. Hopefully, some of that energy will rub off onto my parents who will be taking care of him!
We came back to snow in MN on New Year's Eve. It snowed the whole drive back to Rochester which made it interesting since some of the road was not plowed...we just took it slow so that we got back safely. We got back home at around 1am so we spent the New Year in the car...fun huh? Oh well! Brandon and I both went back to school/work today. We are slowly getting back into the swing of things. Last night we watched some of the USC/Michigan game at Nick and Cassi's house with Steve and Katy. It was fun to see them and hear about their vacations. Little Adam is getting so much bigger too!

We didn't fly to Oregon...that would have taken 3.5 days. Too bad it is rainy in Seattle. Hope your interviews are going well!
