Brandon was out of town the weekend before Halloween so when some friends invited us to their church Halloween party we decided to go. Halle dressed up as Cinderella and Blair was one of Cinderella's mice! We had dinner there, the kids went trick or treating in the hallways and then they had a little dance party. Halle had a great time and Blair did wonderful staying up later than she normally does!
On Halloween, we went trick or treating inside (where it was nice and warm) at the mall around 4pm. We met Leslie, Ryan, Adelyn and Liam there and Halle (Cinderella) had so much fun with Adelyn (Belle)! The girls quickly got the hang of it and it didn't take us too long to go around to all the stores. Brandon met us there when he was done with work and we picked up fast food on our way home so that we could eat before we took the girls out in our neighborhood. We got all bundled up and went to just a few houses in our neighborhood with Jimmy, Libby and Evelyn. Halle really liked going house to house but it got too cold so we called it quits fairly early. It was a great first Halloween for Blair!

We carved pumpkins the night before Halloween with Nick and Cassi and their kids and Brandon and Janet. Halle preferred coloring on her pumpkin this year but still helped Brandon carve out a face!
