This past weekend was filled with a lot of social events to help keep our minds off of the cold weather. On Saturday, we had some fourth year students over for dinner and games - the Kitsteiners, the Jones' and Tara. All of them go to our bible study and they have been such a blessing to Brandon and I. Here are some pictures from Sat. night. I made a Mexican lasagna and a chocolate cake and then we ended working some of the calories off by playing Dance, Dance Revolution. Only a few of them had played before which made it fun to watch! We also played Mexican Dominoes which is such a fun game. We had never played it before we came to MN and were introduced to it last year by Nick and Cassi. And, to make things interesting, Brandon pulled out his shocking game in which the last person to buzz in gets shocked. We had such a good time!
On Sunday, the Kitsteiners invited us over to their place to watch the Super Bowl with some other people. There were only a couple of people routing for the Bears which surprised me since we are closest to Chicago. The last picture is of David and Lesley Jones and us watching the game.
