On Thursday, Brandon took her to the Mall of America after she arrived and then she came with us to our Bible Study that we normally go to. Afterwards, we all went and saw Blades of Glory (which Brandon really enjoyed!) On Friday, I got off work at noon and so we were able to enjoy the nice weather and drove to Lake City, MN. We walked around for a bit and tried to find a geocache, but we didn't have much luck. We then drove to Red Wing, MN which is a cute little town with antique houses and hotels. The picture down below of me next to the "Uffda Shop" is for my grandma and mom...they had a lot of Norwegian things in it!
On Saturday, the weather was nice once again, so after taking a walk and eating a wonderful breakfast at Pannekoeken, we drove around looking at the Tour of Homes in Rochester. We then decided to drive southeast to a little town called Lanesboro. It was a cute town that has a lot of bike trails. Brandon and I want to go back and go biking sometime. We tried finding two more geocaches in this town and once again, no luck...bummer huh? We still had a good time enjoying the awesome weather. That night, we went out to dinner at Green Mill and sat outside. We invited a friend of ours and his sister came too. We went over the their house after dinner and played Scene It...we had a great night.

Sounds like lots of fun little trips in MN! That's always fun to have family get to come visit!
The geocache outing at least gets you out into some impressive scenery. It seems as though you had an enJOYable time.
What fun! The picture of you on the bench in Lake City is cute. Andrew and I actually attended a wedding there last September for one of his classmates. Such a cute little place.
