The iPhone is out today!

Since I have a brother who is completely in love with Macs, I have known for awhile that today is the day that the iPhone comes out. Brandon and I watched a video that my brother sent us a couple of nights ago and we were pretty amazed at how neat the phone is. Well, since our phone contract with Sprint ends today and we have been looking for new phones, I thought I would stop by AT&T to see if I could look at the phone to see if it did the things I wanted it to do. Well low and behold the store closed at 4:30 pm, right before I got there, and there was a line of about 30 people waiting to get the iPhone. I guess it comes out at 6pm tonight and the store is then open until 10 pm. I talked to the first guy in line and he had been there since 2:30 am...crazy huh!

I got back in my car to drive home and I called my brother to tell him that I was amazed that people had been waiting so long and before I could tell him that, he told me that he was waiting in line at the AT&T store! I should have known to call my brother in the first place before going to AT&T looking dumb for not knowing that they didn't come out until 6pm!

I do want one but as Brandon reminds me, I don't really NEED it... We'll see if I can talk him in to getting one tonight!!
