On Memorial Day we had breakfast over at one of Brandon's classmates house. They had bought a big bag of pancake mix, so they invited the whole class over. I was very impressed at how good the pancakes were! Afterwards, we drove up to the cities to go to the Mall of America with Steve, one of Brandon's classmates, and his fiancee, Katie. This was the first time that Katie had been in Rochester and it was fun meeting her. Since Steve had never eaten at the Cheescake Factory, we ate dinner there. Katie is from Riverside, CA and is a neonatal intensive care unit nurse. It will be fun having her in Rochester next year!
