For our one year anniversary I got Brandon a 30-piece puzzle that had pictures of Brandon and me on it. On the back of each piece were clues that led Brandon all around Eugene , OR on a treasure hunt. The hunt started at 8am and it ended around 7pm when he found all pieces and was able to put the puzzle together. The day started by going to church and then going over to my house for breakfast. We received a GPS from my parents at breakfast which Brandon had to use to find some of the clues. The day included golfing with Brandon 's family, a bike ride along the Willamette River , a picnic by the river, visiting spots that we went to when we dated in high school, and then eating dinner outside of our hotel room by the river. Both of parents helped with the treasure hunt and were able to hide the clues before we got to them...we had a lot of fun! Down below are some pictures from the day. In case you are wondering why we wanted a GPS, check out this website: http://www.geocaching.com/. My brother and dad helped us find geocaches when they came to visit us in Rochester and we had so much fun that we wanted a GPS so that we could do it too!

That is the cutest idea! That must have taken a lot of thought, how fun!
And the Thai Princess shared the day with you at Valley River Inn.
What a great blog. You do a great job Kiki
Very fun. You didn't tell us what you got though.
Oh, and I want to find out from Cassi how to buy one of those Family plates with the established date on it.
Wendi, Brandon made me a mug at the pottery place. It was very sweet of him and I guess he was the only guy there! Cassi's friend makes them, but Cassi is thinking about making them too.
