Chicago - Part 1
Down below are some pictures from our first couple of days in Chicago. We arrived on Tuesday, December 11th at around 5 pm and that night we had a great dinner at Mike Ditka's restaurant and then walked (with some shopping) along Michigan Blvd. It was so pretty as all of the trees had lights on them and it was a fun atmosphere. The next day, I didn't have to go to my conference until 4pm so we were able to go to the Shedd Aquarium and then eat lunch at the Signature Room on the 95th floor of the Hancock Building. It cost just as much to go up to the observatory as it did to eat lunch in the restaurant! It was a clear day so the view was incredible!
Dinner at Mike Ditka's - the pot roast nachos were awesome!
Our hotel that was right on Michigan Ave.

The beautiful lights on Michigan Ave.
This picture is for Kyle - in front of the Mac store!

That is quite a view. Chicago has lots of interesting things to do and see. The restaurants must be fine also.

We sure miss you guys! The time went by too fast! Thank goodness that we get to see you in March...I can't wait.:)
Your Chicago pictures are fantastic! What a wonderful trip for the two of you! You sure used your time very well in order for you to sight-see and go to all of those places! I am impressed! Great job on planning, Kristen! I can hardly wait for you to get Chicago Part 2 done.
Hope that the weather in Rochester is warming up a bit. We are so sick of the rain!! Hugs and kisses to you both!! Love you so much, mom P.
