Pumpkin Carving

We continued our annual tradition of carving pumpkins with the Nick and Cassi this year. Cassi made a delicious apple crisp while the boys worked hard on the pumpkins. Adam helped out a lot this year. I had to laugh as I looked back at previous years - this year's pumpkins were not very challenging compared to the ones we have done in the past (it is harder to take time to carve pumpkins when half of your attention is focused on your kids...) We had a great time though and I was glad to have a carved pumpkin on our door step for Halloween.
